HOW CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
It’s easy. Just enter our web site and select the print you prefer, canvas or photo for your space. Select a photograph. Click the purchase/add to cart button and select the available options you want on the right side of the individual print.
WILL THE WATERMARK APPEAR ON THE FINAL PRINTS?
No, the watermark you see on the images in the web site is added digitally and will not appear on the final print product you will receive.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you have ordered directly on our website it can take between 2-8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Yes, most of the pictures are downloadable in the web site. Just click the “Add to Cart” button and you’ll be able to select the license and size during the checkout process.
IF I ORDER A SERIES OF PRINTS, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Some clients order sets of prints for offices, hotels, office complex, doctor offices, restaurant chains, hospitals, spas, manufacturers. You may contact us directly to inquire if you order qualifies for a discount; we will be happy to talk with you about the subject.

ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE?
CAN I HAVE A PRINT SIZE THAT IS NOT ON THE PRICE LIST?
Some pictures are available as Gigantographies. To make a Gigantography the picture has to be taken with a special process that generates files that weigh Gigabites. This process is costly and takes a great amount of postproduction time. I can offer some Gigantographies as stock, but if I don’t have the subject you want, I accept assignments to create the ones you need.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
Although we take a lot of care to ensure the print arrive in perfect conditions it may be damaged on transit. In that case please keep all the packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to take some photos of the damage and email them to us. We’ll replace your print with no expenses.
WHO OWNS COPYRIGHT OF THE ARTWORK ONCE I HAVE BOUGHT MY ORIGINAL PRINT?
Buying a piece of art from my website gives you ownership of the physical artwork but not ownership of the Copyright. The Copyright at all times remains the property of Alberto Mateo. However most of the pictures are available for download. You can acquire their licensed rights and use them on the web.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PURCHASED FINE ART PRINTS?
We inspect each print before it leaves our printing facilities and should last a lifetime. Prints should be treated with care. You should avoid direct sunlight on the print. You can clean your canvas prints with a slightly dampened cloth using only slight pressure.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
Yes, no matter where you live you will receive your print. We deliver anywhere in the world.
